What is A2 Milk?

In India, A2 milk usually comes from Indian desi cows (like Gir, Sahiwal, Red Sindhi). It has a different protein structure than regular milk from crossbred or foreign cows.

The protein in A2 milk is called A2 beta-casein. Regular milk has A1 beta-casein.

Many people find A2 easier to digest because it doesn't cause the same stomach discomfort or bloating that A1 milk does. And that is what your gut needs
