Purity &
Lab Reports
Pure ghee is rare. A lot of what's sold as "pure" is mixed with vegetable oils, made from cream instead of curd, or processed in ways that compromise quality.
We test every batch at a third-party ISO-certified lab to make sure what you're getting is actually pure.
What the Tests Check
Fat Content
Should be above 99.5%. Ours consistently comes in at 99.7% or higher.
Moisture Level
Lower is better. High moisture means improper cooking or added water.
Adulterants
Tests for vegetable oils, added fats, or any non-dairy mixing.
Freshness Markers
Acid value and peroxide value tell us if the ghee is fresh or has started to oxidize.
Microbial Safety
Checks for harmful bacteria, yeast, or mold.
Residue Analysis
Ensures the ghee is free from pesticides, heavy metals, and other environmental contaminants.

Every jar of Nilaya Ghee is made with 100% pure traditional Bilona method, no additives, preservatives, colors, or chemicals, just natural goodness as intended.
